This study aimed to determine the effect of using a project-based learning model with scientific approach students' mathematics learning. kind examination experimental methods is included in quantitative research. research design quasi-experiment. Samples were taken from 2 classes, population this exam was all class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Ngrambe 2020/2021 school year. The method used sampling cluster random sampling. Information retrieval procedures tests and documentation. checking information uses instrument tests, prerequisite hypothesis testing. results testing significant degree 5% (0.05), namely data on lilliefors normality test. outcomes L count table (0.039 0.173), control (0.031 0.173). It can be considered that submitted normal. Based homogeneity test results, pretest F max (1.24 1.98). means homogeneous. testing, before treatment got t (-0,501 1,677). statement likely acknowledged or, as whole, there no influence Posttest obtained by T (3.566 2.063), other words, academic year 2020/2021.
